Secret time: This Is How You Can Leave Your Competitors in Your Dust

Twenty-four hours isn't ever enough time to get everything accomplished. You've got your in-person clients. Friends you want to see. An online fitness coaching business you're trying to grow.

An endless list of things you need to accomplish today.

And tomorrow.

The next day.

And…

Well, you get my point.

It's never-ending, right? You're constantly feeling behind.

Stressed out.

You feel like when you're thriving in one aspect of your life, another one is going up in flames.

Oof, there's that angry text message from your significant other. They're sick of you blowing them off again for another client.

See what I mean?

How the hell are you supposed to scale your online empire?

Here's the secret…

By maximizing your most valuable asset.

Your time.

Use the Pomodoro Method

Do you work long hours at a day job? Always crunched for time due to your personal obligations?

Of course, you are.

The Pomodoro method can be an excellent way to improve your time management. This method helps you tackle work within short time frames and then take breaks between working sessions.

And who doesn't love a little break every once in a while? Lord knows you could use one right about now.

Grab your to-do list, a timer, and a "snooze" feature on your notifications. The snooze feature is crucial to focusing 100% on the task at hand and not becoming distracted. Start by setting your timer for 25 minutes. Don't check your text messages or social media.

Focus all your attention and energy on working on a single task.

When the time runs out, take a five-minute break.

Repeat the process of working for 25 minutes and then taking a five-minute break four times. Then, after the fourth working session, take a more extended 20-30 minute break.

Voila.

Eat That Frog

Ever read the book "Eat That Frog" by Brian Tracy? Well, you should, it's fantastic. The book's central premise focuses on how crucial it is to do your most dreaded task of the day, first thing in the morning.

Why?

Because then you can focus most of your energy and creativity on all of the other tasks.

You know, the stuff you actually enjoy doing.

Like training clients and empowering them to achieve their desired fitness goals.

Being the superstar trainer that you are.

Eat that frog, baby.

Nom. Nom. Nom.

Plan Ahead at the End of Each Day

Ever wake up in the morning and feel anxious because you have no idea what you should be working on?

Yup, been there, done that.

That's why you must plan ahead at the end of each day before tomorrow gets here.

Take 5-10 minutes before you sleep at night to write down your game plan for how you want to attack your tasks the following day.

Write out the time frames you want to work on specific activities throughout the day. By having a plan in place, you'll have a solid roadmap for how to dominate the day, and it'll lower your stress levels tremendously.

Your time is the most valuable asset you own. By maximizing it each and every single day, you'll be able to scale your online empire to extraordinary lengths.
